| 8-Year/80,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty |
 Each Chrysler, Dodge, & Jeep Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle is factory backed, providing you with an 8-Year / 80,000-Mile Limited Warranty running from the date vehicle is sold as new. The Limited Warranty covers repair or replacement of most major powertrain components including transmission, engine and driveline.

* Transfer Policy: The Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle 8 year/80,000 Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty may be transferred one time ONLY to the subsequent purchaser of the vehicle.
This warranty may be transferred to the next retail purchaser of the vehicle for a transfer fee of $150. The fee must be paid within 30 days of the date of sale and must be paid at a Brands of Chrysler LLC dealership. There is no coverage under this warranty to any purchaser beyond the customer purchasing this vehicle and his/her immediate transferee. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

| 3-Month/3,000-Mile Maximum Care Warranty |
 Along with the comfort of the Powertrain Limited Warranty, Chrysler, Dodge, & Jeep Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles provide additional coverage with the 3-Month/3,000-Mile Maximum Care Limited Warranty that runs 3 months or 3,000 miles (which ever comes first) from the date the vehicle was sold or at the expiration of the 3/36 Basic Limited Warranty.
* At your convenience there is no deductible on covered components.
* The 3 Month/3,000 Mile Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Maximum Care Limited Warranty is not transferable |

| Towing/Roadside Assistance |
In addition to the 8-Year / 80,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty and the 3-Month / 3,000-Mile Maximum Care Limited Warranty, Chrysler Group is proud to provide towing and roadside assistance. The 8/80 Warranty provides 24-hour "sign and go" towing and roadside assistance. The plan provides coverage for such items as towing to the nearest Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep dealer or Chrysler authorized repair facility, flat-tire change, battery jump, out-of-gas fuel delivery (max of five gallons), lockout service.
*All Roadside Assistance services are provided through Cross Country Motor Club, Inc., Medford, MA 02155. Sometimes referred to as CCMC, CCMC acts merely as a dispatcher or referral service to persons and/or entities that provide the actual service. These persons and/or entities are independent contractors. Accordingly, CCMC assumes no responsibility for the acts, errors, omissions, negligence and misconduct of such persons and/or entities. All persons availing themselves of the benefits of Chrysler Roadside Assistance are to look solely to such persons and/or entities for liability arising in connection therewith, and not to CMCC.

| Car Rental Allowance |
 As a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle owner, Chrysler will pay up to $35 per day for a rental vehicle should the repair take overnight or the vehicle is inoperable up to a maximum of $175. First Day rental is now also available should the repair not require an overnight stay. This is also $35/day.
*The rental car must be obtained from a dealer or from a licensed rental agency. Rental coverage is subject to state and local laws and those imposed by the rental agency. Chrysler is not responsible for any refusal of a rental agency to rent a vehicle to you.

Certification Process |
Arriving in style isn't just an option. Its a necessity. Every Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle (CPOV) has to pass our stringent certification process that guarantees only the finest late models in superb condition make the cut. Every vehicle that qualifies is subjected to a rigorous 125-point inspection and a just-like-new reconditioning process using authentic Mopar parts. If the vehicle does not pass the process, it will not be certified.

| 125-Point Inspection |
The Certified Pre-Owned 125-Point Inspection consists of a comprehensive road test and an extensive inspection of the interior, exterior, operational functions, and engine areas as well as equipment operation, powertrain performance, steering performance, braking performance, vehicle comfort and fluid inspection.

Service Contracts/Upgrades |
 For added piece of mind you may choose to extend your standard Powertrain coverage to 8-Years / 100,000-Miles for a charge. Additionally, Chrysler Service Contracts offer three more plans for your Certified Used Vehicle. Each of these can be purchased for 8-Years / 80,000-Miles or 8-Years / 100,000-Miles. They include:
•Added Care (covers 600+ components)
•Added Care Plus (covers 800+ components)
•Maximum Care (covers 5000+ components)
All plans have $1000 interruption coverage. Towing, Car Rental allowance, and Trip Interruption coverage start on the date you purchase the plan, and cover those repair instances when a replacement vehicle is not otherwise provided. A service contract can make your vehicle more valuable and easier to sell. Remaining Plan coverage may be transferred one time only to the subsequent purchaser of the vehicle at the time of vehicle sale provided the 8/80 warranty is also transferred.
